Payment Policy: Check or money order in US dollars are the preferred payment methods. A deposit of one third the total amount is required to secure the rental week. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days before rental week. A security deposit of $500.00 is also reqired with the remainder of balance. It will be returned within two weeks after the renter leaves.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply if cancelled 30 days prior to rental week. After that time the deposit will not be refunded, unless a new renter is obtained for that week. Then only the $50.00 cancellation will be charged.
Rules: This is a pet free, non-smoking unit. If these rules are broken, the security deposit will be not be returned. If you are a smoker you can smoke on the porch, but you must not litter. Properly dispose of all smoking material.
